In the
past we
had some
very bad
experiences
with a
few
clients
because
of the
cost of
designing
etc.
This
is how
we
work:-

When you
approach
us for
designing
please
have a
clear
cut
picture
of what
all
material
you
would
like to
see on
your
website.
By this
we mean
that the
links &
the
information
that you
wish to
be made
available
on the
site.
+
After a
brief
understanding
of what
you
want,
we'll
create a
few
samples
for your
consideration.
You can
select
any of
them or
suggest
any
changes
in the
same or
if you
want to
include
something
more
then let
us know.
+
This is
the time
when we
ask for
50% of
the
amount
in
advance.
Without
this we
simply
can't
carry
forward
the
things.
Please
try to
understand...
it's a
must.
+ As per
the
work,
we'll
require
some
time to
finalize
the
design
at our
end,
create
the
pages
etc.
This
time can
be
anything
between
2 days
to 1
month or
more. It
depends
on work
to work,
so
please
be
patient.
+ We'll
keep you
informed
at
regular
intervals,
about
the
status
of the
work.
+
Once the
site is
complete,
we'll
show you
the
final
product
and you
can then
go
through
it,
suggest
the
corrections
to be
made on
the site
if there
is some
error.
+
Please
note
that
once you
finalize
the
site,
any
further
changes
after
this
point,
will be
charged
extra as
per the
work &
time
involved
in the
same.
+ Once
the site
is
hosted
the
balance
payment
have to
be made.
Without
that the
source
files (PSD's
etc)
will NOT
be
given.

have to
take
this
measure
because
of some
EXTRA
INTELLIGENT
clients.
